The process has 3 steps: Alarm, repair, and exhaustion.Exhaustion is when the health is hurt.Usually however, a healthy person will never reach the exhaustion stage.Their body will alarm and repair over and over again.Of course that's not healthy either.The glands and organs that produce the alarm hormones get exhausted.
