Aside from keeping you company, committing to a workout schedule with your friend will motivate you to keep up with the schedule, causing you to think twice before skipping any session until you are robbed of all possible excuses.

Adopting the lifestyle introduced by an effective Diet and exercise program is a good start to living this kind of life. That will keep you from failing on your way to fitness. All you need to do is make that fitness program adaptable in your life and all your troubles will be well-rewarded.
